The Challenge
Women seeking hair care solutions often prioritize simplicity and convenience. Traditional hair loss treatments can be complex and time-consuming, which doesn't align with the busy lifestyles of many customers. The existing market offerings lacked a streamlined solution that could easily integrate into daily routines while providing effective results.
The Insight
Customer insights revealed a clear need for products that simplify hair care routines without compromising effectiveness. Women want solutions that are not only easy to use but also fit seamlessly into their existing lifestyle. This insight guided the development of a product that could meet these demands while expanding the Hers portfolio to cater to a broader audience.
The Solution
To address this need, the Hers’ Hair Blends line was developed with:
Expanded Portfolio
Added to Hers' existing offerings, which include both over-the-counter and prescription hair care solutions.
Range of Formats
Included treatment options in various formats, such as oral supplements and topical applications, designed to provide women with personalized solutions that are both effective and convenient.
Proprietary Blend
Introduced a unique blend of dietary supplements aimed at supporting healthy hair growth, combining ease of use with scientifically-backed ingredients.
Customer-Centric Design
Focused on simplicity and accessibility, ensuring that the products seamlessly fit into customers’ daily routines.
